Initiate Your Request
Log into your Zencopter account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, making sure to remove or cover any previous shipping markings.
Technical Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect your device for hardware integrity, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
